Jesus Loves You

And then God said, “My son, get off your cross.” For God martyred his one and only son so that WE DON’T HAVE TO MARTYR OURSELVES.
God loves you, even if people say he doesn’t; he does. Even if you’re gay, he loves you. Even if you’re female, he loves you. Even if you’re not white, he loves you. And yes, even if you’re not “saved”, he loves you.
It makes me wonder what God is really thinking when he makes people who hurt others in his name.
Amen.

Just feeling in the mood, I guess… and bitter about people using God as a reason to do bad things.
God doesn’t make people. It’s too much work. And he doesn’t control their actions. It’s called free will. Mostly free, anyway.
Logical conclusion: people make other people. Mean people make other, littler, meaner people. So ask yourself: what kind of person makes another person who harms people in the excuse of God?
