Just a little inspiration in the midst of NaNoWriMo insanity.
If it wasnt so hard, Everyone would do it.
If it wasn’t so painful, Nobody would care.
If it wasn’t so rare, No one would treasure it.
If Love [novel writing] was easy, painless, and common,
it would be popular, pointless, and worthless…
But Love [novel writing] IS Hard, IS Painful, and IS Rare–
and that’s why Love [novel writing] is so wonderful.
I’ve got a little over 600 words so far—–I SHOULD have a little under 8000 by now, but at least I’ve started, right? We’ll see if I can catch up this weekend.
