OH. MY. GOD. You ROCK, Michael Sessions.
Also: Texas Bans Marriage
The new addition to the Texas Constitution:
Sec. 32. (a) Marriage in this state shall consist only of the union of one man and one woman. (b) This state or a political subdivision of this state may not create or recognize any legal status identical or similar to marriage. (Emphasis added)
Everything is, in itself, necessarily self-identical. That is, marriage=marriage. Thus, marriage is effectively banned in the state of Texas.
That leads me to wonder, is my parents’ marriage annulled because they married in Texas?

F&M students registered through the school’s address are part of the 9th ward, 4th precinct. That is, most of the upper left-hand corner. Great job, guys!!! Thanks so much for voting. Even if you didn’t vote for the winner, it’s important that you got out there and voted. Honestly, I’d rather have you vote against me than not vote at all. It makes victory all that much sweeter, no matter the winning candidate.
