Tangibles
Electricity, heat, my awesome printer/fax/copier/scanner, running water (you have NO idea), hot water, clean clothes and sheets, relatively reliable internet service, Pirates (the game), hugs, physical touch, working limbs, food, those people who make life easier for the rest of us, pads (and yes, I mean those “feminine hygiene” products), a good job, my school, my cell phone (something I never thought I’d say), the postal service (USPS), good TV
Intangibles
Making ends meet every month, health, showering, my family’s belief in me, relative stability, honesty & loyalty, cutting corners and getting away with it, Bennett’s acceptance of me, that I really AM needed–but not all the time, having company over, patience, being taken seriously, the bad stuff that makes me appreciate the good stuff more

Me: and when you don’t have a lot of money, the answer is “duh”
last_highlander: But see… then you ask “or is it?”
Me: true
last_highlander: Because see, you KNOW that the bread and cheese is not only cheaper and has a bit more longevity.
last_highlander: But them doughnuts look mighty tasty.
Me: exactly
